About The Storyteller

Myra Evans-Manyweather is an Author, Speaker, Coach and Trainer.  She is a Storyteller for Positive Change.  Her mission is to lend her story and voice to empower others to innovate their way out of poverty and into success through a lifelong journey of growth.  Her book Start Where You Are: My Journey from Childhood Poverty to Passionate Entrepreneur highlights her personal journey and will inspire you to start where you are, grow your gifts and talents and build a significant legacy.

Myra has a BS degree in Accounting and a master’s in Management. She is a retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel, the owner of Global e-Talent Network 7, a coaching and advisory small business enterprise equipping minorities and young adults with accessible and affordable training, coaching and business innovation and technology solutions for personal growth and development.

With over 30 years combined military and civilian service, her leadership skills have been tested and now she's ready to help others become their best self.   She is a certified Process Improvement Green Belt, trained ToPS Facilitator, Alumni of the Alamo, Leadership Federal Executive Board, an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team, the recipient of the Air Force 2017 Blacks in Government Meritorious Service Award and a 2019 Alamo Leadership Federal Executive  Board Volunteer of the Year. She also volunteers at her local church Host Ministry as well as in her community as a Personal Growth Coach and Social Entrepreneur Adviser.  She resides with her family in San Antonio, TX.
